In order to kick-start our Sales & Service Operations at Rohtak, a Seminar was organised on 29th Sept. 2013 by the Delhi Team under the guidance of the M.D. Mr. Elango.
Mr. Elango stressed the commitment towards Localised Customer Support by introducing the Service Engineer and the Sales Engineer for Rohtak, and also earmarking and allocating the first Stock of Spare Parts to be kept and maintained at Rohtak.
The event was an unprecedented success, with more than 260 SMEs and Industry Partners from Rohtak and neighbouring districts of Haryana attending the show!
The high point of the evening was a Live- Machining Demo on our popular Midas 6 Machine, which was also shown on large LCD screens. Potential machine users were invited to get a ‘hands-on feel‘ of the Galaxy Machine, and check it’s Operator Friendliness and Ease of Maintenance.
A Product Presentation and Question and Answer session helped bridge the gap between GALAXY’s Technological Prowess and User Needs.
Cocktails & Dinner helped to wind up the event on an informal and positive note.
